In the end, my tickets were cancelled and everything was taken care of. It just took a little longer than I was expecting to hear back, and I had to follow up a couple of times before it got resolved. Overall, not a terrible experience, but the process could definitely be quicker and a bit more clear.

The payment went through okay, but the security info wasn’t really clear, which was frustrating. I was trying to get checked out quickly and move on with my plans, but I ended up second-guessing everything and wasting time. I booked my tickets the day before, and tbh I wasn’t totally convinced it was gonna come through. The order itself went through quick, but the confirmation took longer than I expected, so I kept refreshing my email like every few mins lol.
In the end, I got the tickets in time and they scanned with no issues, so that was a relief. I just wish the updates were a bit clearer for last-minute bookings. Not a bad experience overall, just a little stressful ngl

I did get my tickets in the end, so everything worked out, but the delivery took a bit longer than I was expecting. It wasn’t a huge problem, just made me a little nervous while waiting. I think other customers might feel the same if they’re on a tight timeline, so a quicker update or delivery would definitely help

The show info on the site seemed mostly accurate from what I could tell. The time and venue matched what I ended up seeing elsewhere, so that part was fine. A few details were kind of unclear though, especially around the seating notes and what was actually included. I ended up checking another site just to be safe before booking. Overall, not a bad experience, I just think the info could’ve been a little more specific.

Our view was clear, nothing was blocking us, and we could see the stage details well. Buying through Michael Jackson One Tickets worked out fine for us, so I don’t feel bad about choosing it. I’d use it again.

I had a problem with my Michael Jackson ONE tickets, and it took longer than I expected to get actual help. The first couple of replies felt generic, like they were copy-pasted, and I ended up having to explain the same situation more than once, if that makes sense.
They did eventually get it sorted out, so I appreciate that part. But the slow back and forth made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. I’d just double-check all the details before buying so you don’t end up dealing with the same kind of hassle.
